ALL IS WELL...sort of...
First of all, thanks to everyone for your prayers and comments! Elder Redd, Cody was glad to see that you prayed for him. He said missionary prayers are more powerful!! But we're thankful for all the prayers. The surgeon said the tear was worse than he thought and Cody had a lot of arthritis in his joint, but the surgery itself went well and Code-man is on the mend! He's had a lot of pain, but he's good at keeping on top of it with his Percocet! He depends on his kids to help him get out of the recliner 'cause the lever is on the right side (same as his bad shoulder). He also has to wear these awesome hot tights called TED hose to prevent blood clots. They're extremely tight and oh baby they are THIGH HIGH!!!!! Needless to say he's been a little bored due to the whole not being able to move around much thing, but he's hanging in there!! Thanks again for all your concern and prayers on our behalf. We are so grateful for such good friends and family!!

I am glad Cody is on the mend! I am sure those socky things are pretty darn sexy! hehe! How are you doing Boof??
I think Cody likes those tights and will continue to wear them after he doesn't need them anymore. God bless America and Cody and Bethany too! :) Ha ha, anytime he gets bored have him try a little opera voice to any song. Good times, good times!
Glad to hear he's doing okay. I wish I could just come up there and hang out with y'all since I'm not doing anything. Thanks for talking yesterday. I love you Boof!
Hey Bethany and Cody,
Glad to hear your surgery went ok. How is everything else going for all y'all? Hopefully good. Love ya tons!

TED Hose suck to put on! We had to apply them to patients in clinicals and it was so hard! I'm sure they're not very comfortable either. I'm very glad he's healing though and things went well with the surgery. p.s. your kids are adorable!
Good luck in the recovery. Aren't TED hose the greatest! We had quite a bit of fun with those when my brother-in-law had to wear them. What a great family!!
I'm glad to hear that all if going well. I've heard shoulder surgeries aren't a very fun recovery. Thank goodness for helpful kids to come to the rescue.
Thanks for the update. Glad to know that the kids are helping out. And you should post about Jax mowing the lawn and take a picture of him next to it so people can see what a big job it was for him.
Yay! Good luck with the recup, sounds like it will be the hardest part. Hang in there!
Cody, good luck on the recovery! Get feeling well soon.
Get well soon!
Boof, you should right about the van incident. I told Christian about it and she didn't think it was as funny as Jake and I did. We were laughing for about an hour. Just because no one was hurt. Mari left me a comment and said I need to hear Jax and Jacey tell the story. :)
Hey guess what Bethany?
I was just coming back to work from home for lunch and I was going to the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and low and behold I saw your bro, Jake riding in a big diesel truck! it was awesome! he said "LEGRAND" and I looked and thier he was, then he said "I'll have to come and see ya sometime". I just thought that it was awesome to see him for just a brief sec. How is everything going for you and How is Cody Recovering? I hope all is well! love yall tons.
